III. Programme introduction

 

        The combination of ChenAnIoT 5G industrial router and intelligent oilfield is to combine automation control, information collection, transmission and processing technology, remote monitoring and control, wireless information transmission, big data transmission and processing, etc., to realise the intelligent oilfield exploitation, improve the efficiency of oilfield exploitation, reduce the cost and add value, and improve the safety of personnel operation.

  2.1 System Composition

  ChenAnIoT 5G Intelligent Oilfield System mainly consists of wellhead monitoring terminal, ChenAnIoT 5G industrial router and system management platform. Through real-time detection of wellhead parameters, well status parameters collected by well RTU collector are sent to the database server of the oil extraction plant through ChenAnIoT 5G industrial router, so that each department of production management can grasp the working status of wells in time, shorten the well fault It can shorten the processing time, improve the rate of opening wells, increase the crude oil production, improve the working efficiency, provide a brand new means for the fine management of pumping wells, and is the ideal production automation product for the oilfield.

  2.3 System Functions

  The system mainly collects parameters such as pumping unit three-phase voltage, current, active power, power factor, daily power consumption, cumulative power consumption, oil wellhead back pressure, wellhead temperature, light pole load and power diagram, shutdown, etc., and carries out corresponding data processing and storage.

  (1)Give alarm information for abnormal conditions such as pumping well shutdown, parameter overrun, pumping rod break-off, pumping rod jamming, and so on.

  (2)With data power-down protection function, it can save the set parameters and historical data for a long time. Remotely realise load overload shutdown control and timed start-up control of the pumping machine.

  (3)Remotely realise parameter configuration and setting of over-limit value for monitoring terminal.

  (4)Automatically record the working process of the oil pumping machine, accumulate the start-up time and shutdown time, and save the historical information.

  (5)With functions such as static data browsing and editing: including data on pumping machine model, configured motor model, oil well number, stroke, line name, range, alarm upper and lower limits, oil well condition, etc. It can also add newly opened oil wells, delete shutdown oil wells, and modify the basic data of operating wells.

  (6)It has the functions of real-time trend and historical trend monitoring of parameters such as schematic diagram, current diagram (or power diagram), current, voltage, temperature, pressure, etc., which makes it easy to understand the parameter changes over a long period of time, and facilitates quick analysis.

  (7) Protection design can be carried out according to user needs . For example: by analysing the pressure gauge data of each transmission link, the phenomenon of theft can be effectively avoided.
