In order to solve the current business continuity problems currently existing in traditional manufacturing enterprises, ChenAnIoT uses 5G network to build 5G LAN to provide Ethernet LAN for industrial control and other fields, reducing the local switching communication latency and realising industrial Ethernet access without the need for AR routers to complete the conversion between L3 and L2, which can significantly reduce the complexity of networking and deployment.

III. System components

Terminal equipment

　　①PLCs of various models in machine tools for mechanical manufacturing, sensing interaction, information processing and other functions of high and low voltage products; and

　　Communication equipment

　　Communication equipment mainly consists of ChenAnIoT F-NR100/F-NR120/F-NR130, which can be adapted to different sizes of 5G products according to the space of different terminal equipments; PLC data is transmitted through the operator’s 5G private network and uploaded to the integrated business application platform.

　　Integrated Service Application Platform

　　It mainly consists of various servers and software, which can effectively monitor and control the operation of equipments by receiving PLC data transmitted remotely from communication equipments and carrying out analysis and processing.

　　TR069 Device Management Platform

　　Various 5G products of ChenAnIoT integrate TR069 protocol, and through the TR069 platform, the communication equipment can be remotely maintained, changed configuration, parameter query, alarm, remote upgrade and other contents.
